WHY SHOULD WE BUY FROM AZORA BOOKS?

Great question! We are committed to offering great titles at affordable rates--you’ll routinely find used books for 50-70% off retail price. Better yet, your purchase goes to support a small business. Amanda personally handles all the details of the business; if you ever need to reach customer service, you’ll be chatting with the owner.

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE USED BOOKS?

Each title will have a label clearly identifying the book’s condition. Here’s an explanation of these labels: 

 

New: purchased from a publisher/bookstore and verified to be in new condition

 

Used - like new: purchased from a previous owner and verified to be in like-new condition (no visible wear)

 

Used - very good: purchased from a previous owner and verified to be in very good condition (minimal wear, may include labels, stamps, or names inside the book)

Used - good:  books have visible wear and may feature stamps, stickers, price tags, and/or names; all pages intact.

WHAT KIND OF BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

We sell a wide range of new and used children’s books including board books, picture books, leveled readers, and chapter books.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer flat rates for shipping so there are no surprises during checkout: 
 

Purchases less than $35 - $3.99 shipping (please note that this does not cover the full cost of shipping any package)

Purchases over $35 - free shipping

WHEN WILL MY BOOKS ARRIVE?

We offer standard shipping for all items, which means that your item should arrive within 5 business days.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept credit and debit card payments.

THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY BOOK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We strive to offer the very best customer experience and certainly would want to quickly resolve your issue. Please email us at info@azorabookshop.com and we will be able to get back to you within 24 hours. 

HOW DO COUPON CODES WORK?

At checkout, simply add the coupon code in the field labeled “enter a promo code.” Please note that the coupon will be applied to your purchase amount but not tax or shipping.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON CODE?

No, you’ll only be able to use one coupon code per order. However, you can combine a coupon code with a storewide sale.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?

Creating an account is an optional feature we offer for customers who would like to save their contact information and payment data to enjoy a faster checkout experience.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO SUBSCRIBE TO AZORA BOOKS?

When you subscribe, you consent to receiving periodic communications from Azora Books. Our subscribers will be informed of new products and upcoming sales and will be offered additional coupon codes.

DOES AZORA BOOKS HOST EVENTS?

Yes! We host storytime events in a variety of settings including schools, nonprofits, and community events.
