What is the condition of the used books?

 

Each title will have a label clearly identifying the book’s condition. Here’s an explanation of these labels: 

 

New: purchased from a publisher/bookstore and verified to be in new condition

 

Used - like new: purchased from a previous owner and verified to be in like-new condition (no visible wear)

 

Used - very good: purchased from a previous owner and verified to be in very good condition (minimal wear, may include labels, stamps, or names inside the book)

What kind of books are available for purchase?

We sell a wide range of new and used children’s books including board books, picture books, leveled readers, and chapter books. 

 

 

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer flat rates for shipping so there are no surprises during checkout: 

Purchases under $10 - $1.99 shipping

Purchases between $10 and $35 - $3.99 shipping

Purchases over $35 - free shipping

 

How does the Wish List feature work?

If you’d like to purchase a book that isn’t currently available on the website, fill out the brief form and let us know what book you’re wishing for! When the book comes in, you’ll get an email announcing its arrival. 

 

When will my book arrive?

We offer standard shipping for all items, which means that your item should arrive within 5 business days.

 

 

How can I pay for my order? 

We accept credit and debit card payments as well as PayPal. 

 

There’s a problem with my book. What should I do? 

We strive to offer the very best customer experience and certainly would want to quickly resolve your issue. Please email us at info@azorabookshop.com and we will be able to get back to you within 24 hours. 

 

Do you offer gift cards?

At this time, our platform does not support traditional gift cards. However, we will have special promotions offered to our subscribers and followers on social media for dollar-off coupon codes. If you catch the right sale, you may even find discounted codes such as paying $10 for $15 off! When we offer coupon codes for sale, you’ll be able to purchase them through our Facebook page. 

 

How do coupon codes work? 

At checkout, simply add the coupon code in the field labeled “enter a promo code.” Please note that the coupon will be applied to your purchase amount but not tax or shipping. 

 

Can I use more than one coupon code?

No, you’ll only be able to use one coupon code per order. However, you can combine a coupon code with a storewide sale. 

 

 

Do I need an account?
